You know that house on your block with extreme decorations? Yeah? Me too. Or the wonderful old lady who spends a week and a half baking and decorating the perfect Christmas cookies? Weve got one of those too. And that one guy with his tree up before Thanksgiving? Now, dont get me wrong. I am ALL for the holiday cheer. I love Christmas, its my favorite time of year. I just think we tend to lose sight of what matters. And no, its not getting every blessed thing on your precious little one’s list. Remember the root of Christmas, it’s Christ. God is the reason for the season. And I do not mean to bash anybody. I am just saying that we need to keep in mind why we celebrate this holiday. It’s not for the gifts, or the baking, or the lights. Its to celebrate the birth of our Savior. So this holiday season, lets keep the CHRIST in CHRISTmas. happy holidays! By the way, this is Ohio just wait 5 minutes
